Macon Uchizy is one of the lesser known whites from Burgundy, but that's good news, because it means it doesn't cost as much as some of its pricier bedfellows from the region and therefore delivers great value.
If you are a Chablis lover then this is one for you. It's a bone dry Chardonnay with a lovely minerality and a nice zing to the finish.
It's a great partner for shellfish, but equally brilliant with more meaty fish dishes, such as monkfish or tuna.

You can expect bags of mouth-wateringly juicy white peach flavour, with lifts of lemon and apple for a bit of punch and power. It's rounded, fragrant, and deliciously dry.

This wine is the perfect example of Angel funding and what it can do. We found Bill and Claudia, who make great wines. They showed us this beautiful little Riesling and we liked it so much we snapped it all up. Hence our Angels buy it for much less. Perfect.
Dry and crisp, but with bags of zippy, clean, lemony fresh fruit. Clean and refreshing, yet also rich and exotic. Heavenly.
This screams out for some delicious smoked salmon. A great wine to kick off the big lunch on a Sunday and get you all warmed up.
