What is the Naked interview process like?
Our interview process is designed to be open, transparent, and as stress-free as possible. We want to get to know the real you, so we focus on creating a welcoming environment where you can shine. The process typically involves an initial application review, followed by a friendly chat with our team to learn more about your skills and goals. After that, there may be role-specific tasks or further interviews, depending on the position. For roles within our Customer Happiness and Wine Advisor Teams, we also ask you to complete a one-way video interview. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way, and we’re always happy to answer any questions you might have.
Once I’ve applied, how long will it take to hear from you?
We aim to respond to all applications as soon as possible but this may vary depending on the level of interest that we have for each role. We know waiting can be nerve-wracking, so we’ll do our best to keep you updated throughout the process. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible because we value your time and effort.
