Big, ballsy Argentine Syrah
- Whilst Malbec is the dominant variety in Argentina, Syrah is pretty much number two in the charts - and Alfredo is one of its greatest exponents.
- "Fruit, more fruit, and just a little more fruit", is his secret and you can tell when a blueberry and damson explosion erupts in the mouth. Twinned with a lovely cream, dense oak character, it's a stunning, big, ballsy wine.
- Go classic on the food front. A big glass of this, thick cut chips and a whopping steak. You may wish to add veg...if you're a big girl's blouse!
