About the wine
.
- When we first met Alfredo, we begged this gent of an Argentinean winemaker to work with us - and it was his Cabernet that made us get on our knees.
- It's big, it's bold, it's bloody choc full of beautiful cassis fruit flavours with a lovely twist of spice and cedary wood and an ever so slightly smoky finish. Pure genius.
- This has an earthiness that makes it the perfect combo with any kind of rich meat - venison, game, you name it, this Cab has the cojones to go head to head with it.
