Laurent was told as a young winemaker by a Bordeaux wine grower that it was impossible to make wines with finesse in the Languedoc. He is dedicated to proving just how wrong this is, creating beautifully balanced and flawlessly fresh wines right from the Languedoc's heart.
This rosé is Laurent's best yet - a real ode to Languedoc elegance. Palest pink with fresh strawberries on the nose and clean berry and lemon peel notes on the palate.
Having allowed only the best grapes to ferment slowly and steadily for a month, Laurent has created a rosé with nothing short of the perfect minerality and complexity. Complex it may be, but you don't need to be a genius to know that this is really rather special!

'La Toupie' (or 'spinning top' to us), is so called because of Jerome's dedication to the balance of his wines. This is a wine that has it all - complex, with Southern French rusticity but also elegant and fresh.
The hands-off winemaking means you may detect a slight spritz in this easy drinker with a good dosage of red fruits on the nose, soft tannins, and elegant length. There's some serious style crammed under this wines cork.

A totally unique region, Limoux sits in the foothills of the Pyrenees. This is where Francoise and Baptiste's family have been making premium sparkling wines for 6 generations, nurturing the indigenous Mauzac grapes to make stunning sparkling wines. As you can imagine, this means they've now got their winemaking process honed down to a fine art - from the picking all the way to fermentation.
Made using the traditional method of fermentation (which is exactly the same method used to make Champagne), you can expect a pretty classy bottle of bubbles. It's also been aged to perfection over a luxurious 24 months, so it has oomf a'plenty and the kind of balance only ageing can provide.
A light lemony yellow, this is a ultra fresh bottle of delicate bubbles that has a fantastically long finish, offering up flavours of dry fruit and just a warming toasty hint of fresh bread.

A full bodied and spicy blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, full to the brim with juicy black cherries with a dash of cassis. Antoine and Thomas’ aged this for 13 months in posh French oak barrels to give complex tannins and a long finish.
