This is everything Corbières does well in a bottle. A bright, fruity red that disappears far quicker than planned.

What exactly does it taste like? Think juicy raspberries, strawberries and black cherries, with a hint of dried tomatoes and a floral touch of violets. As happy as an aperitif as it is with dinner – or while you’re just scoffing your way through a bowl of olives.

Plus every glass helps Corbières winemakers bounce back after a very tough year of 2025 with the wildfires. So if that “quick glass” turns into another… and another… well, we’ll happily raise one to that (and to you for backing them).
