Hearts & Bones Angeli Margaret River Chardonnay 2020
Market Price
To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Market Price, or it's not your cup of tea, we'll add a credit to your account. For more info, see our FAQS.

About the wine
Just one bottle of Stuart's ultra elegant Aussie Chardonnay simply won't be enough
- Made with a selection of premium grapes grown in four individual vineyards nestled at the banks of Australia's Margaret River. This is a region known for the freshness and purity of it's wines - cooling breezes keep this Chard as light as a feather, taking only the best from the scorching Aussie sunshine.
- Drink it young and you'll find a refined and refreshing summer sipper and perfect aperitif, but if you can manage to keep your hands off it for 5 years or so, you'll discover a beautifully aged and complex bottle full of stylish length. We recommend stocking up on a couple of bottles so you can crack one open at the weekend and then stash one away to enjoy in a few years time.
- This is a classic Margaret River Chardonnay with gorgeous bold aromas of white flowers, fresh summer peaches and lemon curd, and an effortlessly complex, generous palate full of bright citrus and grapefruit flavours, offset nicely by flavours of hazelnuts, brioche and a gentle toastiness thanks to time spent in fancy French oak.
Best before
Makes sure you have a good, cool cellar, and then hide at least 3 bottles in there for 5-10 years. Don't forget they are there, and try one is 5 years time. You will be rewarded for your patience.
Serving advice
Chill a little prior to opening, and perhaps leave it for 30 minutes after opening. Try not to drink all of the bottle in the first night, and finish it off on the second night. You will be surprised just how much the wine will open up over that period.
Food match
seared scallops, panko crusted Augusta whiting, char grilled salmon, by itself on a warm evening.
Contains sulphites
Contains milk protein
