About the wine
Old vines Macon thats in league with the big boys of Burgundy
-
Macon Uchizy is one of the lesser known whites from Burgundy, but that's good news as it means it doesn't cost as much as some of its pricier bedfellows from the region and therefore delivers great value.
-
This is a step up from Cathy and Eric’s other Macon and has been lovingly made from some old vines in Uchizy. Old vines produce fewer grapes and require that little bit extra TLC which is then reflected ten-fold in the wine.
-
Uber luxurious and beautifully fresh, this is a sheer delight to drink and will have the Chablis and Saint-Véran fans amongst you grinning from ear to ear.
