We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.

Cellier des Demoiselles is a co-operative of 15 families who lost 300 of their 400 hectares of vines to the 2025 wildfires in Corbierés. Angel support has given this small grape-growing community a lifeline in the toughest of times.

The name Demoiselles (French for “young ladies”) celebrates the women of the co-operative whose influence is felt in every wine. This is their flagship bottle – made from small, hand-harvested vineyards that produce exquisite fruit (even if it is back-breaking work).

All bright red fruit and black pepper, with notes of cherries and strawberries. It’s a warm, easy-to-love red, brilliant with roast duck or lamb – or simply poured generously with friends.
