How do I buy tickets to one of your events?
You can buy tickets to our Tasting Tour events either through our website here
How many tickets can I buy?
To keep things fair, you can buy a maximum of ten tickets through your account. First come, first served.
Will you send me a ticket?
We'll ping an e-ticket to your email address
I've bought tickets, but now I can't make it. Can I get a refund?
If you're unable to attend the event (sob!) please contact us immediately on 01603 281869, through Live Chat or by emailing help@nakedwines.com. Please note that we will only be able to refund you if you cancel more than 48 hours before the event
The event I want to go to is marked as sold out but I need another ticket for my friend!
If the tasting is marked as sold out it's because we can't physically squeeze people at the event due to the capacity of the venue.
Can you buy tickets on the door?
No, unfortunately we are unable to sell tickets to our events on the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
When should I arrive?
Each event has its start and end times listed - this is when the doors open and when we stop pouring. Join us at any time throughout the event. The timings for the event are also listed on your ticket.
Can I bring someone under 18 to the event?
Book a babysitter... this is an adults only shindig. For obvious reasons. Due to licensing conditions we have a strict no admittance policy to anyone under 18 years old, including babes in arms and pushchairs. We may also ask for photo identification with proof of age.
What do I wear?
You can wear whatever you like to our events - as long as you feel comfortable. We would however, recommend wearing comfy footwear!
Can I order wine on the night?
You certainly can! You'll get the value of one ticket knocked off every 12 bottles and free delivery when you order at the event. That's on top of your Angel discount! If you are new to Naked Wines and want to become an Angel on the night, we will give you an extra £40 off on orders of 12 or more bottles and you will also qualify for Angel prices. Orders placed at our events take a little bit longer than normal to be processed but your wines should be with you within a week.
I'm bringing a friend along to the event - can they sign up to become Angels?
Absolutely! You're welcome to buy tickets for non-Angel friends to show them what it's like to get Naked! If they sign up to become an Angel at the tasting then we'll knock £40 off their first order - plus they'll get Angel prices.
