- Galaxia is Thornbridge homage to Australian hops. This beer is a tropical fruit bomb with tingling bitterness and hints of grapefruit and guava.
- Thornbridge make beer on a site they share with a stately home in the heart of the Peak District and are known for pioneering the UK craft scene with their iconic IPA Jaipur
- Like many IPAs this beer is perfect with curry especially if you're a spice fiend but word of warning, the bitterness of the hops will intensify fiery chilli heat so handle with care!
