About the wine
Packed with bright and zippy fruit flavours
- When Angel funding gave me the opportunity to make a range of Margaret River wines - this was the style that sprung to mind. It's one of my favourite blends to drink.
- Packed with bright and zippy fruit flavours, this wine exudes the bright freshness of the Margaret River region.
- The great thing about this wine is the juxtaposition of the two varieties. It's a classic case of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts (I love saying that).

Drink now to 2034 - This wine drinks fantastically now, but the Semillon does add the ability to age, so if you are that way inclined, hide some in the cellar for up to 10 years, and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Serving advice
Serve lightly chilled at 8-10°C.
Food match
Salad with goats cheese, garlic and chilli prawns, Augusta whiting and chips from the local fish and chip shop.

Meet the winemaker - Stuart Pym
- Meet Stuart.... Born in Perth, Western Australia, Stuart has been making wine for 31 years. He is the legend behind Vasse Felix, Voyager Estate and Stella Bella just to name a few.
- Stuart has made wines in the Yarra Valley, Geelong and Bordeaux. He also undertook a study trip to Tuscany and Piedmonte, Burgundy and the Loire as well as Rioja and Priorat. So you could say he has a fair bit of experience!
- His label, 'Hearts and Bones' celebrates the release of the creative spirit from the constraints of day to day reality. It is thanks to Angel support that this burst of vinous creativity is able to happen.
