Chateau Saint Hilaire Bastide Provence Rosé 2022
About the wine
This perfectly pale and luxuriously silky rose might be Bruno's best yet
- This is the crème de la crème of pale pink Provence Roses from Bruno's historic family estate, Château Saint Hilaire. His family have been cultivating the land since the 1930's, with a keen focus on the quality of the soil and the important role it plays in producing high quality wines.
- This fine, silky Rose was made from a blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes grown on Bruno's most exposed vineyard, so they haven't missed an ounce of warm Provençal sunshine or cooling breeze. Helping to intensify all the luxurious characteristics of the wine.
- The Grenache brings the body and the power, along with elegant hints of fresh summer strawberries and raspberries. While the Syrah provides plush flavours of vanilla and soft tobacco spice, with a silky mouthfeel. It's everything you could ask for in a posh Provence Rose and a little bit more

Food match
A delicious wine to drink with hard cheeses or with meat dishes. A meal I like to pair with my rosé is a grilled veal chop with mashed potatoes and truffles.
