Market Price
To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Market Price, or it's not your cup of tea, we'll add a credit to your account. For more info, see our FAQS.

About the wine
Piccolo by name, picco-love by nature
-
Timorasso is Piedmont’s comeback kid – once nearly extinct, it’s now one of Italy’s most exciting white grapes. In its ‘Piccolo’ form it’s lighter and fresher, but still bursting with minerality, citrus zing and Italian flair.
-
From younger vines planted on calcareous-marl soils high in the Colli Tortonesi, fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly on lees, it’s expressive, textured and built for early drinking.
-
Aromas of white flowers, herbs and citrus lead into a crisp, saline palate that really sings alongside seafood or risotto. Best enjoyed young while it’s dancing on its toes.

It's a delicious aperitif, but just as happy alongside seafood, light pastas and risottos, or aged cheeses.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Gian Paolo Repetto
After growing up on a farm, Gian Paolo spent years as the main man of a metal and plastic processing company but he was never able to forget his roots. A few years ago the urge to get back to nature became too much so he decided to follow his heart and venture into the wonderful world of wine.
Returning to the rolling hills of Piemonte made him realise that mother nature is really the one in charge here! He is careful to show the uttermost respect for the land around him and his favourite quote is "wine is obtained from grapes, it is not made".
Gian Paolo hopes you will really be able to taste the passion and hard work that goes into his wines. He’s waiting patiently to hear your thoughts and is brimming with excitement for you to taste them. Now it’s over to you!
