- This picturesque vineyard sits in the rolling hills at the heart of the Russian River Valley. The appellation is the most recognized and prized area in the United States for growing high quality cool climate chardonnay and pinot noir.
- Utterly alluring to drink, Daryl's classy pinot is soft and round, subtly teasing your taste buds. It has a classic meaty, smokey, salami type funkiness that balances really perfectly with a bright red fruit aroma, vanilla and spice.

Serving advice
Pinots don't need much air. I like to drink at room temperature or just below and pour straight from the bottle.
Food match
I love pinots with white meat especially pork. I also love with pizza. Another great pairing is Oysters Kilpatrick.

- Meet Daryl.... He has been a winemaker for 35 years, with some of his wines even served at the Oscars and Emmys two years in a row!
- Working as the senior white and red winemaker at Penfolds, his 1986 Penfolds Grange was arguably one of the top 3 Granges ever made - 98 points from Wine Spectator and Robert Parker!
- Daryl LOVES making (and drinking) Shiraz... It's silky, intense and simply delicious he says and the greatest value of all red wines.
