To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.

About the wine

- We've always loved decent Chablis...but never really loved the price of it. Well, this little sister to Christophe's regular Chablis delivers both quality and class, AND great value.
- Pure citrus fruit flavours shine through, with a crisp, clean minerality that makes it an obvious choice for those days when you just want to pop the cork and be thankful you've gotten through another day.
- Should you get the munchies half-way through, try it with a little bit of goat's cheese.

Meet the winemaker - Sebastien Christophe
- We searched high and low for a Chablis producer we wanted to work with and it was not an easy task...
- So we were thrilled when we found Sebastien - he has created some marvellous Chablis and has a real passion for the history of the wine.
- We only went out to buy one of his wines... but they were so good we ended up with a bunch of beauties!
