For me, the Vieilles Vignes can be tasted for a special occasion, for an aperitif with all your family. Recommended with scallops, green salads with rocket, little balsamic and a slice of Foie Gras. Some grilled fish as well, or with a dessert but not too sweet.

Meet the winemaker - Sebastien Christophe
- We searched high and low for a Chablis producer we wanted to work with and it was not an easy task...
- So we were thrilled when we found Sebastien - he has created some marvellous Chablis and has a real passion for the history of the wine.
- We only went out to buy one of his wines... but they were so good we ended up with a bunch of beauties!
