We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.

About the wine
Denis' debut big reds turned heads, and now he's back with a show stopping Rhone Valley white
- Denis' debut Cru Cairanne Red left a standing ovation in its wake, and we can all agree it's about time for an encore!
- He's returning to our wine racks with the Cru Carianne Blanc. The grenache blanc grapes Denis uses are a real rarity so he's been sure to roll out the red carpet for each and every one. The grapes are harvested at dawn and picked individually to ensure he's working with the creme de la creme.
- Aromatic and fresh on the nose with pears and stone fruits coming to the fore when given a little time to breathe. Stands very well on its own as an aperitif, with a bold roundness and crisp finesse.

Meet the winemaker - Denis Crespo
- In 2015, a popular winery in the area was in a spot of bother and in need of a helping hand. Denis took up the job of winemaker and turned their old school French winery into a modern business and is already producing some spectacular wines.
- For what he has achieved, he is a very humble man who likes nothing better than a delicious meal with his family and covering some serious distance on his bike. His dream is simply to make fruity, juicy, easy-drinking wines that everyone can enjoy and he is so happy to share them with Angels.
- He was never going to be kept a secret for long and the big dogs of the industry are already cosying up to him with pleading puppy eyes. Trust us, this is just the beginning for Denis and we couldn’t be more excited!
