Camille Cayran 'Camille's Secret' Cotes du Rhone 2021
Market Price
To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Market Price, or it's not your cup of tea, we'll add a credit to your account. For more info, see our FAQS.

About the wine
An Angel exclusive blend made with top-drawer fruit from one of the world's most exclusive regions
- Cairanne sits just a stone’s throw from three of the most famous appellations in French wine - Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas and Vacqueyras. They share the same terroir, climate and weather, so Denis knew the old vines of Cairanne could produce wines every bit as classy and finessed.
- Not only is Denis a fantastic winemaker, working with quality fruit in one of the world's most in-demand regions, but he's also a fantastic listener. Denis has had a beady eye on your comments, and took them away to make you the sumptuous Rhone Valley red you've been waiting for.
- This special blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah was made up on demand, specifically for Angels. It’s lush, fruity, and moreish, but also grown up and classy, with hidden layers and oodles of power.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Denis Crespo
- In 2015, a popular winery in the area was in a spot of bother and in need of a helping hand. Denis took up the job of winemaker and turned their old school French winery into a modern business and is already producing some spectacular wines.
- For what he has achieved, he is a very humble man who likes nothing better than a delicious meal with his family and covering some serious distance on his bike. His dream is simply to make fruity, juicy, easy-drinking wines that everyone can enjoy and he is so happy to share them with Angels.
- He was never going to be kept a secret for long and the big dogs of the industry are already cosying up to him with pleading puppy eyes. Trust us, this is just the beginning for Denis and we couldn’t be more excited!
