Wensleydale Brewery is set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales producing a wide range of real ales, with something to satisfy every taste. Opened in 2003, the 5 brl Brewplant is owned and run by Carl Gehrman and Geoff Southgate. Both working here since school, they took the opportunity to take over the Brewery and make their own mark. Carl and Geoff's passion for brewing quality real ale has resulted in many local and regional accolades and awards. Firm favourites like Semer Water and Black Dub are gracing many bars across the region and feedback from customers is nothing but positive. Wensleydale brewery ales are of the highest quality and there are an ever increasing army of Wensleydale Brewery fans across Yorkshire and the world! Inspired by Wensleydale and this beautiful corner of the dales we hope the ales we produce capture a bit of this so you can enjoy a piece of Wensleydale wherever you are. Wensleydale Ales are available in bottle, cask and we also offer private cask sales for parties and events. Our Brewery Shop is open most days where you can find full range of all our beers.
