Van Bulck Beers was created in 2013 by Denis Renty, ex-chef and sommelier with more than 20 years experience in the food and drink industry. The name Van Bulck is in reference to his mother's maiden name and the company sells only the finest quality Belgian organic craft beers. Denis' mother, who is also a renowned chef, was born and raised in a small town called Watou in Flanders which is known across the globe for growing some of the best hops. As a child she grew up and played in her uncle's family brewery where her passion for craft beer was born. Today she still runs the family hotel/restaurant where she only works with organic products.
