The Simon Lambert & Sons Brewery is found beneath the pub and runs the entire length of the establishment. Our core product range is YellowBelly Irish Craft Beer which includes a variety of beer styles such as lager, ales and stouts. We handcraft our beers in 500 litre batches under the guidance of Head Brewer Declan Nixon on our own brewing equipment, most of which we built ourselves. You will also find a number of YellowBelly Specials created in single batches for festivals and events. We put alot of love into building our brewery and creating our beers and we hope you enjoy them.
