Our brewery has a 16 hectolitre production capacity, with full brewing and bottling facilities in house and is based in Crossmolina, Co. Mayo. The town sits on the River Deel near the northern shore of Lough Conn. My wife's Catherine's parents hailed from Scullibeen and Rathglass West (small villages outside Crossmolina) and from an early age Catherine spent her summer holidays visiting Crossmolina and has a strong grá for the place. She moved to live in Mayo when she was a young teenager and she and her brother played at the weekly Irish music sessions in Sticks Bar. We were married not far from Crossmolina and had our wedding reception in the Dolphin Hotel so for myself, the town is very special. We were delighted when we found the starter enterprise units in the town and decided that this was the perfect location to build our brewery.
