The Oakleaf Brewing Company Ltd. is a family brewery based in Gosport, Hampshire. The Brewery, founded in March 2000 by Dave Pickersgill (MD) and his son in law Ed Anderson (Head Brewer), produced its first brew in December of the same year. The Company was formed to create and provide a range of superior cask-conditioned ales to the public by supplying and delivering to establishments throughout the south of England, and further a field through various distributors. The Oakleaf Brewing Company has achieved various awards from Local and National Beer Festivals. Hole Hearted 4.7%, one of its original ales, has been voted by Camra to be Hampshire Beer of the Year 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006 & 2007 and Silver in it's class at the Champion Beer of Britain 2007. Maypole Mild Gold Award for the SIBA National Competition 2004. I Can't Believe It's Not Bitter won Gold in the Speciality Class at The Champion Beer of Britain 2011.
