Leith Hill Brewery is the Plough's own microbrewery run by Head Brewer Antoine Josserand. Established in 1996, the Leith Hill Brewery is situated at the rear of the barn just before the beer garden. It uses traditional methods and 100% natural ingredients to create 3 characterful real ales which are sold by hand pump at the bar, and now in bottles to take away too. Leith Hill Brewery represents a real labour of love. Each of the three ales has been carefully developed and lovingly brewed each time by hand, using the finest hops, malted barley and fresh yeast. The ales are stored in the temperature controlled cellar so they reach you in perfect condition.
