Established in 2012 by two friends, Tom a former British Army Officer and Bradley a South London born and bred restaurateur. Driven by a passion for good beer and the finest ingredients, they developed St.Reatham Beer, sold initially in Bradley's bar to the thirsty locals of Streatham Hill. The Inkspot Strategy; a military term for establishing safe areas by influencing a large region with a relatively small force (in this case, a microbrewery), swaying opinion and spreading like Inkspots on blotting paper until they eventually join up leaving only (thirsty)pockets of resistance.
