Welcome to The Goldstone Brewery. We are a 10 Barrel Microbrewery, located in an old forge in the rolling hills of the South Downs in Ditchling, Sussex. The brewery was the brainchild of Mark Francis, who whilst running a bar in Brussels fell in love with the vast selection of Belguim beers on offer. When he returned to his home in Brighton he wanted to recapture those moments of shear pleasure when you try a new beer that knocks your socks off! With the help of assistant Brewer Matthew Billing, expect old favourites of ours and new creations coming with the seasons. In addition to our staple beers, we are creating a range of seasonal and one-off special beers that will appear throughout the year. Expect some big hop flavours, some dark beers and some that might just surprise you… More will be added to this section as they are created.
