The Anstee family began supplying the hospitality trade in South Wales with beers, wines and spirits in the early 90's. The trade knowledge and community ties established during this time gave us a real desire to see quality Welsh beer back on local bars. So much so we thought we'd brew some ourselves. Starting out as the Red Kite Brewery with a tiny capacity we quickly found ourselves needing more space. A state of the art facility was built in Llantrisant and with our beers now winning awards and wider recognition we decided a new name was in order.
