Tim obtained his Personal Licence in October 2015 and his Brewery Licence in January 2016. The capacity quickly went from a tiny 30 litre, 2400 watt mash tun/boiler in January 2016 to a mammoth, but still small in commercial terms, 350 litre, 12,000 watt mash tun/boiler in August of the same year. This enables around 350/400, 500ml bottles to be produced in one brew session. Everything ? the mashing, sparging, boiling, fermenting and packaging all take place in a slightly larger than normal kitchen and ante room.
