About Us The Cotswold Brewing Company was set up 10 years ago by husband and wife team, Rick and Emma Keene. Rick had over 10 years brewing experience and a brewing degree under his belt and felt that it was time to make beer the way that he wanted to. The couple took the brave decision to set up a microbrewery dedicated to lager, the only one at that time, although the portfolio has now increased to include other kegged drinks including a wheat beer, stout and a cider. Ten years later the brewery employs a team of 11 and is still 100% owned and run by the Keenes. 5 years ago Emma, a gin enthusiast, began the quest to distil a vodka and gin to represent the Cotswold heritage and the Spirit of the Cotswolds was born!
