Welcome to Cornish Crown Brewery. A modest 6 brewers barrel, ( Approximately 982 litres ) operation. Established in December 2011. The brewery is owned and run by Josh Dunkley. Josh has a passion for real ale and the focus at Cornish Crown is quality and consistency. All the Beer is made with water supplied by a dedicated bore hole located at the brewery. Marris Otter pale Malt which is widely regarded as one of the most superior pale malts available provides the base of all the beers made at Cornish Crown. Whole hops are used to give the beer the greatest aroma and all the beer is casked straight from fermentation. From Penzance comes a contemporary beer with a traditional taste. Cornish Crown is the result of years of planning and research by brewer Josh Dunkley, whose focus is quality and consistency. This new addition to the fine pedigree of esteemed Cornish craft beer is made from natural spring water, whole hops along with the highest quality malts that combine to create a distinctive beer with outstanding flavour.
