We are a ten barrel microbrewery specialising in brewing high quality full flavoured cask ales. We are dedicated to producing the best beer possible and so we use only the purest ingredients: hops, malt, yeast, water and love! [Don't believe Gerald when he includes blood, sweat and tears he's talking figuratively!! Cannon Royall Brewery occupies a rear portion of the Fruiterers Arms, Uphampton in what was once an old cider house. This has been adapted and expanded to become the state of the art turn of the century brewery it now is. Unfortunately the century in that statement is not the current one and there is doubt if it's the previous one also. We brew 8 regular beers: Kings Shilling, Arrowhead, Arrowhead Extra, Hood, Teddy Bear, Hunny Bear, Royall Canadian and Fruiterers Mild as well as a number of occasional and seasonal brews such as the popular Slap Ale, Grapeshot, Sulty Siren, Beautiful Brunette, Blonde Bombshell, Silver Fox, Hounds and maybe a special Wonky Willy for xmas . We love combining hops to create complex and flavoursome brews. We currently have over 80 different varieties to choose from. We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our brews and to make sure of this quality and consistency we sample our brews daily usually lunch times, in the bar of the Fruiterers. It's a tough job but someone's got to do it.

Why pay more?
Our Angels support independent winemakers by investing £25 a month into their Naked Wines account, to spend whenever they want - in return for discounts, freebies, exclusive wines and more.
Smart move - you've found the Sweet Spot
When it comes to wine, a small step in price = a HUGE leap in quality and taste.
By spending £8-£11 for a bottle of wine, you're actually getting more than DOUBLE the quality of wine than a £6-£7 bottle.
Here's how it works...
In your average £6-£7 wine most of the price goes on fixed costs like taxes, duty, bottling and transport... leaving fewer pennies for the wine itself.
But by spending just a pound or two more, the majority of those fixed costs stay the same, so more pennies are going straight into the stuff you can actually taste, creating a big leap in quality.
