ocated on the edge of the West Pennines in Lancashire, we started life in 2009 as a small 4.5 brewers' barrel plant in The Brewhouse pub in Eagley, North of Bolton. We had a simple ethos from the start; to create interesting and exciting full-flavoured hand-crafted ales using only the finest ingredients, this ethos continues to this day. We produced a range of beers which gained early praise from customer and organisations alike, including the local CAMRA (Campaign For Real Ale) branch. Culminating in our first SIBA award for our American-hopped Rialto 47 cask ale. In May 2012, production was up scaled to our current 25 brewers' barrel plant situated in the former Dunscar bleach works, just a stone's throw from The Brewhouse. We began to produce three-to-four different brews a week, constantly keeping to the same exacting standards of the choicest malt and hops combined with an ongoing ethic of unique and premium quality beers.
