It's been one hell of a journey to get to where we are but after ten years of brewing I can safely say that we make some of the finest beer in the U.K. It's not just about using the finest malt and the choicest hops, or even having our own borehole to draw water from the depths of the Hampshire chalk. It's about having a total passion and commitment to produce beer that tastes good and makes the heart glad! As an Angel myself (and therefore wouldn't drink anything but the best wine), why on earth would I brew anything but the finest beer?
