About Bierhaus At Bierhaus we specialise in bringing real German beers to the United Kingdom. We realised it was difficult to find German beers, which are originally brewed and bottled in Germany. Also we realised that many German labels could simply not be found in the UK. We literally wanted to take the beers right of the shelves in Germany and ship them straight into the UK, fresh and in a way the master brewer says it is meant to be. Following the purity law (Reinheitsgebot) all beers in Germany are only allowed to have four ingredients: hops, malt, water and yeast. Pasteurized export versions (excluded from our selection) are brewed under licence in a different place, with different water and not the specific local grown ingredients. Our beers bring an authentic piece of German culture straight to your home, saving you the trip.' We started small, but the quality of our beers helped us to grow fast. Bierhaus has become known for satisfied customers, and the place to find the finest, fresh, German, straight exported beers. Untreated and authentically local brewed and bottled. Also Bierhaus is proud to present HUGO; a sparkling wine with elderflower and lime, made by a delicatessen label from Munich. This ready cocktail is so convincingly delicious that we had to add it to our program. It is a perfect welcome drink, wedding drink, or just a beverage to sit back and relax with. After the great success of HUGO in Germany we are sure you will like it too! Give it a go, and try it! Germany is also known for interesting wines, so we cannot go without offers made out of the most exciting wine grapes like Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Burgunder, Dornfelder or Trollinger. Have a look on the website and enjoy the pleasure of our appealing variety. For the history of Bierhaus may have a look here: Crafty Chats: Bierhaus

Why pay more?
Our Angels support independent winemakers by investing £25 a month into their Naked Wines account, to spend whenever they want - in return for discounts, freebies, exclusive wines and more.
Smart move - you've found the Sweet Spot
When it comes to wine, a small step in price = a HUGE leap in quality and taste.
By spending £8-£11 for a bottle of wine, you're actually getting more than DOUBLE the quality of wine than a £6-£7 bottle.
Here's how it works...
In your average £6-£7 wine most of the price goes on fixed costs like taxes, duty, bottling and transport... leaving fewer pennies for the wine itself.
But by spending just a pound or two more, the majority of those fixed costs stay the same, so more pennies are going straight into the stuff you can actually taste, creating a big leap in quality.
