Annings Fruit Cider was established in 2012 by Tom Seward & Jim Mardell. Who, after a chance meeting decided to look into developing a premium British alternative to the sickly imports and mass produced products on offer. After a mad seven weeks of brain storming, tastings, re-designs, and hangovers; Annings was brewed and bottled in June, just in time for a small summer trial run. The first run sold well, feedback was good, so the guys cracked on. The business plan' was never set in stone, and the brand and product range has grown organically over the past three years. The fruit range now stands at 5 flavours, and Annings Craft; a gorgeous medium dry apple cider made in Somerset launched to much acclaim in August '15.
