Japanese inspired I.P.A brewed with fresh yuzu juice and fermented with sake yeast. Plenty of Sorachi Ace hops used adds lemon-sherbet to the taste and bridges the citrus notes from the yuzu. Sorachi Ace hops also impart minty herbal aroma and flavour to the beer. Chinook hops add spice and nicely round the flavours given off by the yeast. Vegan.
