Originally number 1 in the ‘Single Hop Series' hopped with Chinook. Made with English Ale yeast pale and special B malts it both showcases the American hop and pays homage to the “best bitter” style. Lightly nutty satisfyingly biscuit-sweet but balanced with resinous hop aroma and flavour.
