An exciting new exotic premium bitter developed in conjunction with Malton Museum to celebrate the restoration of a rare plaster-based portrait of a Roman goddess. The beer has hints of honey but avoids the cloying sweetness that can accompany some honey-based drinks. In fact the natural bitterness of the hops are really mellowed and complemented by the honey addition.
