Colour - Ruby Taste - Sweet Yet Well Hopped Smell - Balanced with Sweet Undercurrents Ruby by colour Indian by nature! This dark Ruby ale is initially malty with a creamy head. We add plenty of hops in the copper to give a balanced bitterness and bags of flavour. We then dry hop using a special blend of English hops to leave the palate with a crisp taste sensation and perfect astringency leaving you longing for more.
