Colour - Copper Taste - Well Hopped Malty Bitter Smell - Alcoholic Resinous Hops A traditional copper coloured bitter. When matured for a week and a half in cask with added priming sugar the resulting pint is creamy and malty with a pronounced bitterness level balanced by a sweet undercurrent. The Goldings provide hop aroma and the famous Oakwell Yeast strain imparts bags of yeast character.
