Tasting notes: A light golden beer made with local wildflower honey. The Bees Knees is refreshing and mellow but not sweet. Background: The beer is made from Maris Otter Pale malt a mixture of Saaz and English hops Nottingham Ale Yeast and local wildflower honey. The Bees' Knees is now also the name of the pub at our brewery site in Laneham near Retford Notts. Food matching: A match made in heaven with honey mustard glazed pork or chicken or a light salad enjoyed in the sunshine!
