Malty, smooth, amber ale from the big smoke
- This is a beautifully balanced traditional ale that's got spades of comforting malty flavor artfully combined with just the right amount of hop bitterness to make it marvelously moreish.
- Redemption are a tiny brewery based in Tottenham who are still bottling by hand to make sure they've got their eye on quality from the first to the last.
- Roast pork and crackling is heavenly with this beer but it also works brilliantly with a nice juicy burger.
