Evolution is a tawny red bitter with a bold American hop character. Double roasted crystal malt gives this beer it's rich colour and subtle notes of stewed fruit and caramel. A liberal dose of cascade simcoe and citra hops to the copper imparts plenty of pine grapefruit and tropical fruit aromas.
