About the wine
Frank's easy breezy sunshine Cava is the cure for a rainy day
- Although he'd be hard pressed to pick a favourite, two wines Franks simply loves making are Cava and Rosé. So he decided it was only right to bring the two together for the ultimate sparkling extravaganza.
- He's kept it classic, exclusively using traditional techniques to preserve the Rose's delicate touch and elegantly layered fruit flavours. Franks's bottled up a true breath of fresh air for his Angles, that's guaranteed to blow away the cobwebs.
- The hand picked Pinot Noir grapes deliver a bright acidity with a fruit forward kick. Fresh summer strawberries take centre stage, whilst apples and melon flavours provide a crisp, cool summer breeze.

Meet the winemaker - Franck Massard
- Top Sommelier turned winemaker, he knows exactly what tastes good and what food to pair it with.
- In 2004 Franck gave up wine serving for winemaking. He moved to Priorat, Spain’s poshest wine region. There he began hand-crafting small parcels of those premium wines he used to pour.
- Recommended to us by Benjamin Darnault, Franck's got incredible raw talent. Using modern winemaking methods, he's taking Spanish wine into a new stratosphere of quality.
