This beer celebrates the hedgehog's major characteristics with an interesting meld of malt and hops. Their rummaging behaviour is represented by an earthy nose and flavour created by roasted malt. A hoppy bitter and slightly prickly finish imitate their protective spines and complete the taste. An Auburn Ale with an Autumnal feel.
