Everybody loves bacon thanks to its unique propensity to induce joy. There is no bacon in this beer but when you close your eyes we can't help but think of smoked bacon with chocolate sauce on it. Chocolate induces nearly as much joy as bacon. To make this beer we cold smoked some malt in our friendly neighborhood smokehouse over oak chips. A dark beer that screams for food try it with dessert.
