The fifth annual release of our winter seasonal Coffee and Oatmeal Stout is now upon us which means Christmas can't be far away! A classic oatmeal stout made with oats from Flahavan's Mills in Kilmacthomas which is infused with coffee from Badger and Dodo in Fermoy this annual release generally signifies the beginning of the yultide season for many. Working with with Brock Lewin from Badger and Dodo boutique coffee roasters each year we choose a different coffee to use in the beer. Brock roasts the beans fresh for us and each year chooses a different bean to go into the stout to give a different flavour element to it for each release and advises on preparation of the coffee.
