A session ale with a golden colour and pleasant aroma. The malts give a hint of caramel to the taste. The English Pilgrim hops combine well with El Dorado hops to give a light fruity taste with honey notes. The name ‘Hawk' was taken from the Hawk jet which was built on the BAe Systems site in Brough where the brewery is located. To this day a Hawk jet can be seen at the entrance to the site.
