Carpenter's Cask is a traditional best bitter combining a smooth malty taste with hop flavours and moderate bitter notes. We bottle the ale without filtration or pasteurisation ensuring we capture plenty of the all-important yeast. Locked inside the bottle alive and kicking the yeast are put hard to work maturing flavours and adding a bit of fizz. It is real ale in a bottle. This ale is best stored upright in a cool place and served at 12-14ºC. Pour carefully to leave the sediment in the bottle.
